Company and Legal Information

Published in accordance with section 30 of the Companies Act 2016, the Electronic Commerce Act 2006 and the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012, which require an online supplier in Malaysia to disclose its identity and contact details in a form that can be stored and reproduced.

Company registration number 202501003662 (former format 1605075D), registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). Place of incorporation: Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. Business address: D’Farm House, Kampung Alor Hijau, 16810 Selising, Pasir Puteh, Kelantan, Malaysia.

Trading names

Nusatani, Nusatani Premium and Nusatani Daily are trading names and product lines of Pacific Global Solutions Sdn Bhd.

Licences and registrations

Agricultural produce trading is carried on under the business activity registered with SSM. MyGAP certification from the Department of Agriculture applies line by line; the current position is published on the Quality and Grading page. Export registration with the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority is applied for per shipment where the destination requires it. Fresh agricultural produce in its unprocessed state is not subject to Sales and Service Tax, and the company is accordingly not SST-registered for this activity.

What we sell

Fresh agricultural produce — vegetables, herbs and fruit — grown in Kelantan, Malaysia, sold business to business in graded lots. We do not sell to consumers through this website and it carries no shopping cart or online payment facility.

Order correction

Because orders are placed by enquiry and confirmed in writing rather than through an automatic checkout, you can correct any error at any point before you accept our written order confirmation. Simply reply to the enquiry thread.

Records

We retain transaction records for at least two years as required by the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012, and for seven years for tax purposes.

Complaints

Write to sales@nusatani.com with the batch number and delivery date. We acknowledge within one working day. Unresolved consumer complaints in Malaysia may be brought to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia; business-to-business disputes follow the dispute clause in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Photographs, text and the Nusatani mark on this website are the property of Pacific Global Solutions Sdn Bhd unless credited otherwise. Availability calendars, capacities and specifications are indicative and are confirmed in writing per contract.
