For business buyers who need a secure supply of particular crops. We set aside farmland exclusively for you, plant the crops you choose, and manage the block, the harvest and the dispatch. Everything that grows on your block goes to you and to no one else.

How it works

1

You choose the crops

From our 24 lines, or a variety you specify. We advise on what grows well in Kelantan and when.

We set aside the land

A defined area on one of our farms, with its own plot code, reserved for you for the agreed term.

3

We manage the block

Nursery, planting schedule, drip fertigation and crop protection, recorded by plot and by cycle. You get regular updates and can visit.

4

We harvest, grade and ship

Harvested at the right maturity, graded to your specification, packed and delivered on the days agreed with you.

How it is agreed

Dedicated Farmland is offered to qualified business customers. Area, term, crops, volumes and price are agreed individually, after a visit from one of our sales managers and a visit to the farm together. Whether and where a block can be set aside depends on the season and on the land available, so there is no entitlement to a particular area.

Questions buyers ask us

How large does the area need to be?+

It depends on the crops and on the weekly volume you need. Our sales manager works out a realistic area and term with you.

What happens if the harvest falls short?+

Your block is planted for your volume, but weather and pests can reduce yields, above all in the monsoon months. We tell you early and, if you agree, top up from our own blocks in the same grade, clearly declared on the batch record.

Can we visit our block?+

Yes. A farm visit is part of setting the programme up, and you are welcome to visit your block during the term.

How is it paid?+

As agreed in the supply agreement for your block. Terms are set individually; our standard positions are on the payment and delivery terms page.
