Grade B and C to written criteria, a batch record with every delivery and fixed delivery days. Here is exactly how it works, and what lands in your audit file.

GAP

Recorded practice on every block

Pesticide use is recorded by plot and by cycle across all six farms, together with input records, pre-harvest intervals and water management. Our ginger is certified under MyGAP by the Department of Agriculture, and our Cili Merah (large red chilli) is available both MyGAP-certified and uncertified. The other lines are not certified yet: a MyGAP farm audit is targeted for early 2027, and GLOBALG.A.P. after that. We tell you in writing which applies to your lot, with the certificate number where there is one.

HAL

Halal supply-chain control

No porcine material, alcohol-derived input or other non-halal substance enters growing, washing, packing or transport at any point, and the packhouse is operated on that basis. Malaysian law reserves the word halal for certified goods, so we state the practice and the certification status per lot rather than the label.

TRC

Traceable to block

Every consignment carries a block and harvest date, so a query on Tuesday can be traced to a field and a crew.

QC

Grading before packing

Two grading passes — in the field and at the packhouse — against criteria written before the season, not negotiated at the loading bay.

Where our claims can be verified

MyGAP certificate numbers

The mark belongs to the Malaysian Department of Agriculture and we show it for the lines it covers: ginger, and Cili Merah where you order certified lots, since Cili Merah is also sold uncertified. Everything else on our list is not MyGAP-certified yet and is never sold as if it were. For a certified lot, the certificate number of the block it came from is printed on the batch record, so you can verify it with the issuing office rather than take our word.

The grading reference

The photographs that define Grade A, B and C are shared with every grower and every contract buyer, not kept internal. Anyone can hold a box against them.

One accountable grader

One person checks each consignment against the written standard and signs it off. Not a department.

Weighed, not estimated

Every crate goes over the scale and the weight is written onto the lot sheet before dispatch. A short delivery shows up here, not at your goods-in door.

Grading standard

The same criteria are applied at the packhouse to every crop, adapted to that crop’s size and colour ranges.

What is your minimum order on Daily?+

One pallet for domestic delivery, one mixed 20-foot container for export. We would rather start small and grow the schedule with you than over-promise on a first load.

How quickly can you start supplying?+

For lines already in rotation, within seven days. For a fixed weekly volume on a new line we plant to your schedule — talk to us one cycle ahead.

Can you hold a fixed weekly volume?+

Yes. We plan planting blocks against contracted volume. In the monsoon months, November to February, harvests fall by 50 to 60 per cent across all lines. Every crop stays available, buyers with fixed volumes booked regularly at a fixed price are served first, and we confirm in writing before October which weekly volume we hold for you in those months, rather than shorting you without notice.

Do you deliver, or do we collect?+

Both. Collect at the farm gate, or we deliver to your production site, packhouse or consolidation point on your delivery days.

What documents come with a delivery?+

A batch record with plot, harvest date, grade and volume, in the format your audit file needs. For export, the documents listed on the export markets page.

Can we buy without a framework agreement?+

Yes, through Nusatani Spot. Each Spot order is a purchase contract of its own, at the day price and from uncommitted volume; there is no framework agreement for regular deliveries, no reserved block and no volume guarantee.
