Eggplant at two to three tonnes a day for curry and ready-meal producers, caterers and wholesale. Purple, green and white types are grown, so a processor agrees the type and the grade before the season.

Grade on this line

Grade B and C on this line — the cut for wholesale and food manufacturing. The same crop in Grade A runs on Nusatani Premium, from the same farms and the same harvest.
